Associate

Ananya is excited to return to Mountain Peak Law as an associate after completing her articles with the firm. She has a degree in International Relations and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia.  

For Ananya, it was her summer at the RISE Woman's Legal Clinic that first sparked her interest in family law. She hopes her patience, dedication and empathy will allow her to help all her clients reach the best possible outcome for their unique circumstances. 

In her time at MPL so far, Ananya has handled a diverse range of complex family law matters in Provincial and Supreme Court, as well as in mediations and collaborative settlement meetings outside of court. While continuing her work in family law, Ananya is pleased to announce that she will now also be branching into estate litigation.

When she's not at the office, Ananya enjoys travelling, learning new languages and spending time with her family. She is currently fluent in English, Tamil, and Korean and in the process of learning Italian.
